Today marks World Mental Health Day, an opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. This year, the theme is suicide prevention.

Every year, almost 800,000 people take their own life and there are many more people who attempt suicide. Every suicide is a tragedy that affects families, friends and communities, with devastating, long-lasting impact on the people left behind.

To support World Mental Health Day, we’re giving you full access to our Mental Health course from our Workplace Wellbeing range along with our Mental Health Infographic, which you can download and share internally to promote this wellbeing topic.

Why not share this with colleagues or use it as part of an internal marketing campaign to promote World Mental Health Day?

Mental health affects everyone and should be treated the same way as physical health. As a manager it’s your responsibility to look out for the mental well-being of your team and ensure they receive the support they need.
