As September for many marks the start of a new academic year, we wanted to take the opportunity to explore the undeniable benefits of positive induction processes for both the individual and the organisation.

We’ve got some tips and tricks which you may find helpful, as well as a series of blog pieces, resources and more to utilise your learning resources as part of an effective induction programme.

Why have an Induction?

An effective induction process benefits both the organisation and the employee. When individuals feel welcome, receiving the support they need to engage with their new role, boosting both their productivity and satisfaction levels, they’re more likely to choose to remain and grow with the business long-term.
