As September for many marks the start of a new academic year, we wanted to take the opportunity to explore the undeniable benefits of positive induction processes for both the individual and the organisation.
We’ve got some tips and tricks which you may find helpful, as well as a series of blog pieces, resources and more to utilise your learning resources as part of an effective induction programme.
Why have an Induction?
An effective induction process benefits both the organisation and the employee. Our Inducting A New Team Member module explores the induction process, what it involves, common obstacles and the benefits of induction for both the individual and the organisation.
