  • Teams - Theories and dynamics - This section will cover the stages of team development and Belbin’s team roles.
  • Successful team working - Knowing your team, working in teams, managing team conflict and celebrating and learning.
  • Dealing with Conflict - Explores the reasons for conflict, how to handle it and most importantly how to resolve it.
  • Effective Delegation - The benefits of delegation, deciding what to delegate, planning and then briefing your team and monitoring the team’s progress.
  • Find Your Role - Explore nine roles and characteristics that are essential to the success of a team, as well as how performance can be improved.
  • Effective Meetings - Looks at the planning stage, in which you set objectives, create an agenda and decide who will attend the meeting, where it will take place and when.
  • Performance Troubleshooting - How the working environment can influence performance and the importance of giving feedback when dealing with performance problems.
  • Collaborative Working - Explores the reasons for collaboration in the workplace, the different types of collaboration and the key to successful collaboration.
