Posted June 14th, 2017

Bike Week, June 10-18, is an annual event designed to promote the social, physical and environmental benefits of cycling.

Approximately five million people cycle at least three times a week, and the event organisers hope to increase that number by 500,000 by encouraging people to cycle to work, to the shops or just for fun.

As well as being healthier and cheaper, cycling can be a more enjoyable way to travel…if you know what you’re doing.

That’s why we’ve created a free video which covers what you should wear, how you should sit and what you need to be aware of when cycling on the road.

This year’s Bike Week theme is ‘Fun and Freedom’, so why not get on your bike and enjoy all the benefits cycling has to offer?
