Dedicated to creating new topics, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created eight brand new courses and updated three existing suites which were released in October 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to over 150 titles.

Introducing to the library a new course on Performance Management, which has been added to our popular Management & Leadership suite.

As people are creators of value in an organisation, they need to know what’s expected of them, be motivated to achieve their goals and have the necessary skills and resources to thrive, making positive performance management critical to the businesses’ success.

Ali Soper, Creative Director & Cofounder said: “This brand new modules explores how organisations can support their employees by implementing a performance management cycle, creating clear objectives and remembering to show appreciation when targets are met.”
