Posted August 7th, 2019

Dedicated to developing new topics, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created nine brand new courses which were released in July 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to over 150 titles.

Introducing to the library a new course on Operational Agility, which has been added to our popular Management & Leadership range. As our economic, political and societal landscapes change dramatically causing market volatility, it’s more important than ever for organisations to demonstrate operational agility, spotting opportunities and adapting to change in order to thrive.

In this module, we’ll explore the importance of agility, different types of agility and the steps an organisation can take to become more agile including implementing an agile culture and selecting resilient employees to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.

Ali Soper, Creative Director & Cofounder said: “Operational agility is vital, as organisations must be able to confidently respond to change, assess opportunities, make hard choices and learn from the results, as they compete in rapidly evolving and often turbulent markets. Our new course explores the three A’s formula and its implementation: Anticipating change, Adapting to the situation and taking Action.”
