Dedicated to developing new topics, alongside managing existing content, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created nine brand new courses which were released in July 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to over 150 titles.

Introducing to the library a new course on Mindfulness, which has been added to the popular Workplace Wellbeing range, created in collaboration with the award-winning author and specialist in behavioural skills, Liggy Webb. Focused on living in the present moment, mindfulness is a form of awareness which over time, and with a bit of practice, can improve an individual’s physical and mental wellbeing as well as boosting their performance at work.

This module explores what mindfulness is, how it forms part of our everyday lives and the benefits it brings individuals in both their personal and professional lives.

Ali Soper, Creative Director & Cofounder said: “Mindfulness is essentially about being present in the moment and noticing what’s around you. Our new course in the popular Workplace Wellbeing suite explores the practice of mindfulness and its benefits.”
