Posted September 10th, 2019

Dedicated to developing and releasing new titles regularly, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created nine brand new courses which were released in July 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to over 150 titles.

Introducing to the library a new course on Mentoring, which has been added to our popular Management & Leadership suite. Based on a mutually-beneficial partnership, mentoring supports the development of individuals as they attempt to improve their performance, fulfil aspirations and make a lasting change.

In this module, we’ll look at the basic principles of mentoring, exploring the roles of both mentor and mentee, and consider the benefits the process can offer.

Ali Soper, Creative Director & Cofounder said: “Mentoring is the relationship between two individuals, where the more experienced individual, the mentor, assists the less experienced individual, the mentee, with their professional development. Our new Mentoring module explores the mentoring process, what it involves and its benefits.”
