Posted May 2nd, 2019

Dedicated to developing new topics, alongside managing existing content, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created eight brand new courses which were released in April 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to 150 titles.

Our brand new Collaborative Working module explores the reasons for collaboration in the workplace, the different types of collaboration and the key to successful collaboration, including establishing a strong team and picking the right tools for the job.

Collaborative working occurs when a group of individuals with a diverse range of experiences, perspectives and ideas come together to work towards a shared goal in a culture where the success of the team is placed above the achievements of the individual.

Ali Soper, Creative Director and Cofounder said: “The Collaborative Working course makes up part of our growing Teamwork series, exploring the different types of collaboration, why it’s important to endorse in the workplace, and the key to successful collaboration, including establishing a strong team and picking the right tools for the job.”
