Dedicated to developing new topics, alongside managing existing content, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created eight brand new courses which were released in April 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to 150 titles.
Our brand new Collaborative Working module explores the reasons for collaboration in the workplace, the different types of collaboration and the key to successful collaboration, including establishing a strong team and picking the right tools for the job.
Collaborative working occurs when a group of individuals with a diverse range of experiences, perspectives and ideas come together to work towards a shared goal in a culture where the success of the team is placed above the achievements of the individual.
