Posted June 4th, 2019

Dedicated to developing new topics, alongside managing existing content, MicroLearn’s Creative Team have created eight brand new courses which were released in April 2019, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to 150 titles.

The new release includes an expansion of the popular Workplace Wellbeing range with the addition of Better Judgements, created in collaboration with the award-winning author and specialist in behavioural skills, Liggy Webb.

Forming a judgement involves making a considered decision about the best possible outcome in a variety of situations. This course explores how judgements are formed and provides some useful tips for improving your judgement and ultimately making better decisions.

The Workplace Wellbeing range is designed to promote positive working cultures and highlight the risks and warning signs of poor mental health, stress, sickness and both in the workplace and beyond.

Ali Soper, Creative Director and Cofounder said: “Better Judgements will be a fantastic addition to the range as judgement is a vital skill for a range of personal and professional situations and is one that can always be improved to help ensure you achieve the best possible outcome.”
