Releasing five brand new courses in January 2020, increasing the size of our off-the-shelf catalogue to over 160 titles, the MicroLearn team are dedicated to developing new titles to add to the library throughout the year.

Introducing to the library a brand new A Balancing Act course, which which complements the existing Customer Service suite, exploring how to improve your communication style.

Whether engaging with co-workers, managers or customers, powerful communication skills will enable you to work more effectively and arrive at better outcomes, faster.
