An annual event to encourage people to go alcohol-free for 21 days, Go Sober for October raises funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan work tirelessly to support people diagnosed with cancer, through treatment and beyond. As a constant source of support, Macmillan give people facing cancer the energy and inspiration to help take back control of their lives and make life with cancer about living.

By signing up to the Go Sober challenge, you’re doing something amazing for people living with cancer, with all the money raised supporting this incredible charity to help even more people.

To recognise Go Sober for October, we’ve chosen our Changing Behaviours module as October’s Module of the Month. As part of our Workplace Wellbeing range, this module recognises that changing a behaviour or habit can often seem to be a daunting process, making us resistant to the idea. Yet it’s only through change that we can grow and evolve, becoming more productive both in our personal lives and at work.

By the end of the Changing Behaviours module, you’ll have a better understanding of the scientific processes behind changing a behaviour as well as how to establish new habits of your own.
