Due to the popularity of our recent Apprenticeship Month, and to mark the start of the academic year, we’re pleased to announce that we’re extending the campaign into September!
With a focus on how the new Apprenticeship Levy will impact, and could benefit, organisations, the campaign highlights how MicroLearn can support the 20% off-the-job training requirement.
The new Levy was introduced earlier this year, as part of a Government drive to create 3 million new apprentices by the year 2020, and requires all organisations with an annual payroll bill of more than £3million to put aside 0.5% to pay for Apprenticeships.
Online training is a convenient, flexible and engaging teaching method for apprentices, and at MicroLearn we focus on developing content clients both want and need to tackle their learning challenges, packaged as either 15-minute modules or short videos.
As part of the campaign we mapped our existing off-the-shelf library of over 100 titles against a number of the new Apprenticeship Standards, to highlight how MicroLearn can support and enhance an apprentice’s skill set, while also improving their personal development.
To celebrate the campaign’s extension, we’re giving you the opportunity to access all our content, for FREE for a week. All you have to do is drop us an email, at firstname.lastname@example.org, will the subject line Apprenticeship Trial, or fill in our contact form, and we’ll set it up for you.
