Learning News spoke to our Creative Director and Cofounder, Ali Soper, at the recent Learning Technologies Summer Forum in London about the session she hosted on marketing learning.
Ali cites how film producers don’t just release a film and hope people will attend, instead they create a whole marketing programme with trailers, posters, merchandise, critical reviews, customer reviews and more, to ensure it’s a success. Ali believes L&D can take a similar approach to launching new courses.
