Learning at Work Week is an annual festival celebrating workplace learning which promotes an inclusive approach to training by presenting all employees with the opportunity to participate in learning exercises.

This year’s theme, ‘Shaping the Future‘, explores how we can stimulate curiosity of what the future might bring and how we can be future ready. How can we build and enhance learning cultures which help us to shape, adapt and be resilient to change? And how can we actively shape our individual, collective and organisational futures through learning?
