Business Development Manager

MicroLearn are a growing team, looking for a bright, energetic individual with a passion and know-how for helping organisations embrace new and innovative technologies, to join the Sales team.

The Role:
With a focus on building networks, creating lasting professional relationships and striving to monopolise market shares, you will be promoting and selling MicroLearn’s innovative eLearning solution to companies, consortiums and organisations throughout the private and public sector to Training Managers/Directors.
Your base office is in Southampton although you can expect to be out and about, meeting with prospective clients during the week.

Skills and Competencies:
We are looking for someone who has:
You have at least two years’ sales experience in a business development role and can demonstrate your track record and successes. Ideally you have experience working in technology-based learning already and have a growing network of contacts. An understanding of eLearning and or learning technology would be beneficial.
You are highly motivated and ambitious to achieve sales success and to build and contribute to the rapid expansion of the business. You are looking to join a passionate and dynamic team, bringing with you an excellent attitude and good sense of humour!

This role’s key benefits include:

  • £30-38k basic
  • Generous commission and bonuses
