Don't waste your Apprenticeship budget!
With the Apprenticeship Levy having come into force in April 2017, organisations with a payroll bill of more than £3 million each year must put 0.5% of it aside to pay for apprenticeships.
According to the Education and Skills Funding Agency’s (ESFA) funding rules for the scheme, all new apprenticeships standards must contain 20% off-the-job training. That 20% can be comprised of online training, making learning convenient, flexible and engaging.
