It’s Anti-Bullying Week 2019. Did you know that nearly a third of people have been bullied in the workplace? Research shows that more than a quarter (28%) of adults feel that bullying has had a detrimental effect on them physically, and around one in five (22%) have taken time off work as a result of being bullied. What’s more, over one in three people who report being bullied at work actually leave their job because of it.*
To promote awareness and support organisations to stamp out bullying at work, we’re giving you full access to our Workplace Bullying course, you can also download its associated Infographic which you can share internally to promote this topic.
Why not share this with colleagues or use it as part of an internal marketing campaign to promote Anti-Bullying Week?
Our Workplace Bullying module explores bullying in the workplace. We will look at the signs and symptoms of bullying, the reporting process and the responsibilities of employers in relation to workplace bullying.
