CEO and Cofounder
Hi guys, I’m Steve, CEO and cofounder of the good ship MicroLearn. Away from work, I’ve been a trainee rock god since the age of 18, 38 years later it’s still a bit of a work in progress, though I blame my dozen or so guitars rather than any lack of talent on my part – likewise I’ve got a few bags of golf clubs which are equally useless.
Creative Director and Cofounder
Hi there I'm Ali, Creative Director and Cofounder of MicroLearn. When I'm not managing all things Operations at MicroLearn HQ, you'll most likely find me with my nose in a book - my favourite novel of all time is probably Wuthering Heights! I'm also a great lover of city breaks, most recently exploring Paris, but when I'm at home, I enjoy baking, playing video games and interior decorating!
Business Development Manager
Hi, I'm Conrad, a Business Development Manager with over 19 years’ experience in the eLearning industry.
For the past 14 years, I’ve worked for Jenison Ltd and have been involved with its sister company MicroLearn from inception in June 2016. Working directly with L&D/talent managers, I am the principle point of contact between an organisation and their eLearning content, responsible for its smooth delivery and continued maintenance.
Business Development Manager
I’m Anthony, I joined MicroLearn in 2018 and have over 15 years’ experience in eLearning & classroom training sales.
I initially worked in the financial compliance and regulatory risk arena at Compliance Online before spending over 12 years within Business Development roles at Eukleia Training and Skillcast.
Away from work, I’m a keen cook (a trained chef by profession) and am always happy to get out on the golf course or follow my football team!
Digital Marketing Executive
My role as Digital Marketing Executive at MicroLearn means I’m responsible for managing the website, social media channels, PPC and email campaigns, and to build relationships within the industry. I qualified from The University of the West of England with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Outside of work you’ll most likely find me at the beach with my husband and Westie.
Here at my MicroLearn my role as Creative Developer means I’m responsible for starting the creative process, researching topic ideas and developing scripts for both the video and module content. Outside of work, you’re more likely to find me at my local cinema, opening my mind to new ideas, new experiences and new characters.
I’m a Creative Developer, specialising in Graphic Design. When I’m not creating videos, you can find me in a self-made blanket bun watching all things animated. My favourite styles are 2D Cel and Stop motion.
Hi, Im Beth. I have a degree in fine art and a masters degree in illustration, so when I’m not creating content for MicroLearn you’ll find me in my studio painting. I enjoy all traditional methods of art, especially screen-printing, as well as the newer digital techniques. I love all things creative, and my dog!
Hello I'm Kelly, I’m a Creative Developer from Southampton working with MicroLearn! I have always had a passion for being creative and enjoy drawing/designing in my spare time. I can also play the clarinet which I do from time to time. I love chocolate, movies, outings with friends, bracelets & shopping!
Senior Software Developer
Hi, I'm Ian the Senior Software Developer, with over 20 years experience in software and web development. Away from the development, it's all about the world of sport. I coach kids rugby, have a season ticket at my local football club, and try to get my family involved in as many sporting and outdoor activities as I can, with varying degrees of success!
Hi I'm Fergus, I'm a Software Developer at MicroLearn! I specialise in all things Adapt, supporting the Creative team to evolve our content creation potential.
