It been another fantastic year for the MicroLearn team at this year’s Learning Technologies Exhibition at London’s Olympia Conference Centre this week.

We teamed up with the Unicorn Training Group to create the MicroLearn Café, where visitors could grab a cuppa and chat with the team about how we can help them meet their training requirements.

The café highlighted the fun and innovative style of MicroLearn’s video resources, with our unique characters taking centre stage in the stand’s design. This certainly attracted a lot of attention, allowing the team to spread the MicroLearn word to a wide range of curious visitors, who we look forward to catching up with soon!

As a team, we always love the opportunity to show off MicroLearn’s content as we’re incredibly proud and passionate about what we do. It’s strange to think that this time last year, we were officially launching MicroLearn with a catalogue of 42 compliance titles. Now, we have a content library of over 100 titles, featuring a mix of compliance and soft skills ranges.

We also had the opportunity to introduce our Gen 3 content update, developed to improve content usability following feedback from existing clients. It introduces a range of new navigational tools, including a handy Help Guide and clear completion indicators.

On Day Two of the conference, MicroLearn’s Creative Director, Alison Soper delivered a seminar on How to Engage Learners with Campaign Learning, alongside Unicorn’s Head of Marketing, Abi Pears. Exploring how to implement marketing techniques in an L&D environment as a means of getting users to better interact with learning initiatives, the seminar went down very well with all those who attended and proved to be a popular talking point with people visiting the stand.

It was such an honour and a pleasure to team up and share our stand with the fantastic Unicorn team this year,” said Alison Soper. “We had a great time meeting and connecting with so many likeminded people, both visitors and fellow exhibitors.
