What a year it's been! We’re excited to announced that MicroLearn will be returning to Learning Technologies at the Olympia in London, on January 31 and February 1, following our successful launch at the 2017 event.
This year we’ve teamed up with the Unicorn Training Group to bring you the MicroLearn Café on stand P14! So, come along, grab a cuppa and meet our team, who are looking forward to sharing our story and how MicroLearn can help your organisation meet its training requirements.
Our Creative Director, Alison Soper, will also be co-hosting a seminar with Unicorn’s Head of Marketing, Abigail Pears, exploring How to Engage Learners with Campaign Learning. Join them in Theatre 9 at 12.30pm on Thursday, February 1 and consider the parallels between L&D and marketing and how you can use established marketing techniques to start a behavioural change in your organisation.
It’s been an exciting year for MicroLearn, since our launch in 2017. The team have been busy behind the scenes developing a wide range of new courses whilst working on exciting updates to enhance the learner experience even further!
Our off-the-shelf library has more than doubled in the last 12 months, with the addition of 10 new Soft Skill ranges, to join our existing Compliance titles. This includes courses on Unconscious Bias, Competition Law and Taking Action, as well as a new Workplace Wellbeing range created in partnership with the Learning Architect, Liggy Webb.
We’ll also be launching our Third Generation content, which includes a number of cool navigational updates to make the courses even easier to use, as well as a new ‘additional resources’ feature designed to boost a learner’s engagement with the subject beyond the essential information contained in the course.
